Ceramic Encased Axial Lead Type Rectangular ceramic case with a special inorganic potting which is non-flammable, will not melt even at high overloads & is resistant to most commonly used cleaning solvent & moisture.
Construction: The resistors are wound on special quality ceramic core in single layer by using nichrome or eureka wire of low temperature coefficient. The wire ends are spot welded to leads thereby achieving reliable contact. The Resistor element is housed in another square shape ceramic tube &the ends are sealed.
