Silicon Coated Redial Tag Type 5W to 5000W SCR SCR Resistor is made by fully welded construction using superior material & processed in controlled atmosphere so as to give very high addition in the form of reliability & long life . The solder dipped terminal & clear marking make the use of resistor comfortable.
Construction: The resistors are wound on special quality ceramic core in single layer by using nichrome or eureka wires of low temperature coefficient. The wire ends are spot welded to terminals there by achieving reliable contact. The resistor element is coated with multicoats of best quality Silicone Varnish with fillers such as Mica to achieve good thermel dissipation, electrical insulation and protection from humidity.
